Project Description

A proposal for an Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law amendment in order to permit a mixed-use commercial and residential condominium complex on 196, 198, 200, and 202 Upper Mount Albion Road. These four parcels will merge to create a single lot to facilitate the development.

The proposal is for a 9-storey mixed-use building with a one-storey podium containing commercial uses, 232 residential dwelling units, and 2 levels of underground parking for a total of 246 parking spaces.
