As project manager and lead planner, Heather Sewell led the process of getting the Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Approvals that were required to allow the former commercial site to be transformed into a desirable place to live, work and shop.

With the project having already received support from council and city staff, NPG worked closely with other stakeholders to ensure that the designs of the townhouse condominium buildings located on the north boundary have a careful transition of height and scale to integrate with the adjacent neighbourhood.

Character creates community

A private park at its centre and lush landscaping at its rear distinguishes this truly exceptional master planned community. Surrounding it are all of the conveniences one needs for modern living. The units of the property are oriented toward the central courtyard, creating a strong community feel.
