NPG Planning Solutions is proud to announce a key promotion within our senior leadership team, with Denise Horne now serving in the role of Principal Planner, Heritage & Policy Planning! The establishment and growth of our Heritage Planning Services has been a significant evolution for NPG, one that began with the addition of Denise to our team in 2023. Since joining NPG, Denise has been instrumental in building and shaping this practice, enabling the firm to better serve clients and navigate the complexities of heritage conservation and policy across Ontario.

Transitioning from her previous role as Manager, Denise now serves as Principal Planner, overseeing the strategic direction and day to day leadership of NPG’s heritage and policy initiatives. As a senior leader within the practice, she will continue to lead complex conservation projects while dedicating her expertise to mentoring staff and advancing best practices in heritage planning and policy.

Beyond technical expertise, NPG is committed to growing leaders who embody our culture of mentorship and collaboration. Denise’s promotion reflects her exceptional contributions to project excellence as well as her leadership in developing the next generation of planners within our organization.
