John Henricks was a Past-President and the founder of NPG Solutions. He established NPG in 2017 with the goal of addressing a need in the Niagara market for a strong urban planning firm. John brought a wealth of experience in municipal and land use planning, as well as land development. He held management positions in the public and private sector of Ontario and Alberta. John was relentless in his commitment to make all of our clients successful.
John led through the empowerment of his staff and believed that his primary role was to facilitate success for his stakeholders, both internally and externally. He prioritized customer service and kept a clear focus on how to best sustain our communities and make them a better place for people to live and work. NPG Clients and stakeholders appreciated John’s positive energy, personal approach and infectious enthusiasm.
As an integral part of community building and place making, urban design’s best practices were incorporated in every design and planning solution NPG provided through a collaborative process across all NPG activities. This allowed us to provide holistic solutions to even the most complex and multifaceted problems that our clients faced.
