We work with our clients in both the public and private sectors to understand local housing needs in the their communities.  Our work is focused in two areas: policy and research, and bringing projects to construction.  In the policy and research area, we work to understand local housing markets, issues in housing choices and growth, and tailoring policy solutions to the communities we work with.  When we work to bring projects to construction, we tie together our policy and research with our land development expertise, developing plans and projects that will be built.  Our firm manages projects ranging in size from 1-3 housing units to several hundred units in comprehensive planned developments.
