Fabio Buffa brings over a decade of international business and financial management experience to his role as Business Manager at NPG Planning Solutions. With a strong foundation in operational leadership, strategic planning, and financial oversight, Fabio plays a central role in supporting the firm’s growth and ensuring the effectiveness of its internal operations.
Prior to joining NPG, Fabio held senior leadership roles across several industries, where he successfully guided multidisciplinary teams, optimized workflows, and implemented initiatives that improved organizational performance. His ability to balance analytical insight with practical execution makes him a valuable contributor to both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.
Fabio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and International Business from INSPER, one of Brazil’s most well ranked business schools.
Known for his global perspective and collaborative leadership style, Fabio communicates fluently in English and Portuguese and thrives in multicultural environments. His professional approach is matched by his enthusiasm for personal growth and exploration.
Outside of the office, Fabio is an avid traveler and sports enthusiast who enjoys playing soccer and tennis, running, and hiking whenever possible.
