As a Planner with NPG Solutions, Dianne Ramos plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are effectively executed. With a strong eye for detail and a flair for finding solutions, she specializes in preparation of municipal planning applications and knows all the ins and outs of working with city planning staff and urban design consultants. She has been with the organization since its early days and enjoys her evolving set of responsibilities while also acting as a mentor for junior planners. 

Dianne has a passion for urban design and placemaking and its ability to inspire people to collectively reimagine and reinvent public spaces as the heart of communities. With clients and with all other stakeholders that NPG Solutions works with, Dianne has earned a reputation for her ability to support clients through applications and processes including municipal planning applications, including Official Plan Amendments (OPA), Zoning By-law Amendments (ZBA), Draft Plan of Subdivision Applications, Draft Plan of Condominium Applications, Site Plan Applications and Consent and Minor Variance Applications.

Dianne is a top graduate of the class of 2017 with an Honours Specialization in Urban Planning from Western University, where she focused on land use and tackling urban growth issues. Prior to joining NPG, she interned at real estate professional services firm JLL and also led an intricate field study project on the Mojave Desert in Arizona for Western University. She is working to become an RPP and aspires to solve international land use and economic issues with creative solutions and innovative planning.
