Beth has joined the Team as admin and business support to ensure a smooth path as NPG continues to grow. She has a passion for working with numbers and after receiving her business degree from Brock University with a major in management, Beth developed a very interesting and diverse corporate and entrepreneurial background in national corporate sales, product development and retail, real estate investment, and in the restaurant and construction business.

Beth’s experience in starting, expanding, and selling businesses give her the invaluable ability to focus on growth strategically and to effectively manage the change that occurs organically in a thriving organization. Keeping the interests of all stakeholders in mind while looking at the overall business strategy is especially important to Beth.

Other interesting commitments and pursuits of Beth’s include mentoring and coaching women in small and startup businesses in the Niagara area. In the process, she regularly joins forces with other professional women to seek out opportunities to give back to the community. For relaxation, Beth feeds into her lifetime love of the outdoors and fitness by hiking, kayaking, swimming, skiing, skating, wakeboarding, and endless walks with her Australian Shepherd, Paisley.
